Tri Tec has highly skilled technicians, who seemingly never make an error during their diagnosis or repair. I've been with Tri Tec for many years and I found the owner, David and his technicians to be very friendly, and skilled. They work on my two Mercedes and Lexus, which run flawlessly and provide high quality service with lower prices than dealerships and other well known service centers.

I had a bad experience here. I brought my car back in to replace the transfer case actuator on a Friday. I never heard from them all day, and when I came around 4PM to pick up the car, the place was closed, and my car (And kid's carseats) were locked inside. We were left in a real bind all weekend without a safe way to pick up the kids from school.
