In addition, they refused to honor a coupon that Precision Tune distributed widely, by citing a stipulation that was nowhere mentioned on the coupon.
On top of everything their manner of dealing with customers in general is rather unpleasant.
I called the next day and spoke to the manager about leaving my first think the next morning. However when I arrived, I found they made no record of my appointment early the following day.
Extremely good service tech who helped explain the issue and diagnose my cars problem. I was extremely happy with the engine diagnostics and will be sure to update after the repair is done. Was reasonable priced and i love that they take the engine diagnostics price paid off of the repair price.
These guys have been great. Solid work for a very fair price.
I would strongly recommend against taking your car here for any kind of service.
Who needs this kind of abominable service to make their life more complicated. Reviewers are required to assign one star. Annapolis Precision Tune deserves none.
For starters I called a day ahead to schedule a time to leave my car. Since no one answered and their was only a recording, I left a message to return my call per instructions on the recording. No one ever returned my call. It was important for my call to be returned at the following day was may day off to get this done.
As I informed the manager I would be contacting the corporate main office to complain about distributing a coupon their company refused to honor, the manager cited that as a reason for refusal to perform any work on my car.
