Got some sweeeet vans
Keep getting compliments AND they were on sale
When my friends and I walked in we were initially just browsing the store. Once myself and another friend found a pair we wanted to try on we began looking for someone to help us. Granted there was one female helping another group of people (I believe it was like a mother and a couple of young children), but she saw us and never once said anything. Not even a hello but we saw her see us looking for someone to help us. Admittedly the customer she helping was being really ridiculous. We sat and watched as she asked for 5 different pairs of children's shoes wanting her to go back and get different sizes for multiple pairs. I believe in practicing patience, although I'm not always good at it, but after 10 minutes my wife went to see if there was anyone else working in the store on a Saturday. A guy appeared and asked if we needed anything. We said yes and showed him the shoes that we were looking to try on respectively. He replied something about having 2 people working in the back getting shoes and how one of them would be with us shortly. There's a second girl working? We all looked at each other to confirm that none of us had seen anyone besides the poor girl trapped helping the one needy customer and her 3 kids. When the second lady appeared she went straight over to where the guy was behind the register, exchanged words with him, looked at us and went straight back into the back room. After that we didn't want to shoes that bad anymore. I went and ordered them online. Don't know if my buddy bought his. Nothing gets under my skin more than bad customer service. It's not like we tiptoed into the store, we were 4 adults laughing and making jokes when we went in. It was hard to miss us. But we initially only saw one of three. Needless to say there is this thing called the web, and if you need a pair immediately there's other malls that sell Vans. We won't be going into that store anymore.
Great associates, very helpful.
Mike helped me out and he was perfect. They didn’t have the size I needed so he ordered them online for me and price matched the sale on the shoes. He was extremely nice and displayed excellent customer service.
