Horrible exchange policy for gifts. My mother bought me some maternity items and not only would they not give me store credit at the store but then they wouldn't do anything to help me find anything else online. I can't believe how antiquated and cumbersome their return policy is for maternity items. I used to shop here all the time. Not anymore. Do not buy anyone a gift from this store. Especially maternity. Horrible experience during a time in my life where I would have liked to have help finding clothes that actually fit me. Thanks for nothing!
I was disappointed with the in-store pickup process. My order was confirmed, I drove 45 minutes and pre-paid online for a specific size at the store. When I arrived, my dress was not available. I never received a cancelled order email. The shop manager tried to be helpful, but I was concerned that my credited card was already billed and she could not provide cancelled confirmation. I would not recommend instore pickup.
Company does not stand behind their product. If you find a major manufacture defect on something you JUST purchased, it should be replaced. This company/store will not. Never shopping here again.
