I honestly don't even want give this place a single star. I purchased a pair of expensive Nikes online, wore them around the house for a day, and was not happy with the fit. I took them to the store to return them, and the manager was absolutely rude, condescending, and belligerent. I work in retail and if I treated a customer that way, I would be fired on the spot. I called customer service and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and generous. He sent me a return label and I mailed back the shoes and was given a full refund. I returned the clean, brand new shoes within their 30 day policy, and this rude woman had no reason to not accept them and give me the refund. All she did was create more work for me, and most likely got herself in trouble. Beware when shopping at this store! I suggest finding a different foot locker location.
