I've been coming to pure for all of my skate stuff since I was single digits. The loyalty and customer service cant be matched. I was in there about a week ago and was buying new shoes i had a pair of old school pros that the sole had ripped for no reason really. I didnt ask for a refund and I didn't even mention that they broke. Rob the owner was chatting with me and noticed the tear. He said it shouldnt have happened and took a picture that he sent to the vans rep. Within the next few days I got a message from him telling me to come to the shop and sure enough he got me a free replacement pair. Good luck getting that kind of treatment at a mall chain.
Yo I want to say this the two guys who work are coolest I was just there to get my birthday give the stuff are awesome and there cloth fleek aka nice thank you guys
Great great place answered all my questions and gave me advice on my board and ride style. Also gettin me ready for next seasons ride. I come here once a month just to ask questions and usually walk out with a new purchase always satisfied.

Amazing customer service. Highly suggest if you want top quality and even better customer service. Make you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. Would rather avoid paying shipping fees if your in the area. Cater to your needs and are willing to go out of there way to accommodate! Great experience!
