TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Sizes and price. Everything is right.
i placed an online order within the store for shoes almost a month ago and haven't received my shoes yet! I was told that the shoes would be delivered within a week! I stopped in the store to see what the hold up was and the shoes couldn't be found; I was told by the clerk that she or the manager would be contacting that evening with info of the where abouts of my purchase and i was not contacted. I reached out again to see what the issue was and still my shoes were not found! The shoes are no longer available to be re-ordered and my only option now is a refund. This was very frustrating i understand that "things happen" but i feel like the situation could have been handled more professionally and in a timely manor. the was a huge inconvenience for me.
