Called to place a delivery order. The person asked for my address and then my order and payment information. I was told I would receive my order in 10-15 minutes. A half an hour later, I received a call from someone else at Jimmy Johns and called me by the wrong name. I was then told that unfortunately the person I originally spoke to was new and they do not deliver to my location. Now I work in customer service so what SHOULD have happened is a one time delivery for my inconvenience SINCE I already waited a half an hour for an order I was told was placed. I will NEVER visit another Jimmy Johns again. They pride themselves in quick service and I understand mistakes happen, but the way the MANAGER handled this situation was extremely poor. I should have been notified immediately OR ago through with the delivery and make it a coaching lesson for the new teammate for the future.
Everything I order was wrong. Got the exact opposite of what I wanted. Good luck!
Not a fan. Probably the first and last time I'll go to a Jimmy John's. Fast, friendly service but not impressed with sandwich. Waaaay too much bread vs filling for me. We took the fillings out of one half if the roll and put it in the other half of the roll. We threw the empty half away.

Ordered a sandwich at 12:05 pm today. As of 1:45 pm it's still not here. Called at 1:00 pm and the driver was on his way. Called again at 1:45 pm same story. This time I asked the woman that answered to cancel my order. She hangs up on me. Really? You make me wait 1 hour and 40 minutes for a sandwich and I don't have a right to be mad? The sandwich was most likely made when I ordered it and it's been sitting that long. So much for freshness. So much for "Sandwiches so fast." Never again. Could have had a five course meal.
