Twice in a row they messed up a super simple vegan pizza. The last time contaminating the pizza with chicken on part of it. With time burned and not even cut. Pathetic, sad and gross.
Rude people at the store when I called and politely asked for the status of my order when the tracker said my order left the store 38 minutes ago (not including prep time) I was told "It's going to take 2 hours" rudely without even taking my order number. Won't order from them again. Driver Julia was nice though. She is the one that gets the star for this review.
Longer than 1 hr 30 min still no food and called to ask....still on the phone 22 min without anyone answering. I understand 9 pm is their busy time but come on should of went papa John's gl
Easily the worst pizza place I’ve ever dealt with. After 1 1/2 hours I called and they said your order hasn’t even been processed yet. Also the customer service was pathetic. Just go anywhere else
This is the worst Domino's Pizza store I know. Always wrong orders, stuff missing, always late. I ordered at 7.36pm and it is 9.21pm still no food delivered! I have friends who own their own Domino's store, and none of them have anything good to say about Annapolis location! When you try to call and speak to the manager or make a complain, they're rude as hell.
