I had a reservation but they didn't have my car when I showed up. They didn't seem at all bothered by it and only offered to call me if something came in later. I always go to enterprise but they didn't have any cars this time. Never using this location again.
Anyplace in Annapolis or even BWI is a wiser choice. If your insurance company tells you that you have no choice, demand a different place. It is people like us, people with car insurance who are keeping them in business. If you still think that it's a hassle to demand that you get a car from a place that won't rip you off in every way they can then just please remember this when you're mad as hell at least one time while dealing with Hertz Annapolis: I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A 0!!! I am 44 years old and can count on one hand the number of times that I have posted a review online. I just felt compelled out of empathy for my neighbors in the Annapolis area to warn you!
Nice staff. Very accommodating. I rent from here twice a month.
Twice I've scheduled pick up, twice they've called to tell me only one guy was working and they couldn't pick me up right before the scheduled time. Unorganized and the majority of the staff could not care less about offering good customer service
