Very courteous and accommodating staff. I used another service for the past few years, but I'm a Budget fan now.
I have rented from Budget Rental in Annapolis for several years. The staff is always courteous and prompt. The service is quick and the cars of have been great!! The manager is more like a friend, he even remembers me by my old Red ' Jalopy'! I recommend this rental car service to everyone!!!!
Have rented here numerous times taking my daughter back and forth to college. Very satisfied. Of course, they always offer a pricier vehicle, but work to find one that satisfies your needs. Will return to this location.
It was very expensive to rent here and you have to have a good renting history with them to use any of there cars or trucks
Good location that is close to everything. Family moved to the area and we needed to drop off the moving truck. Had a very tough time getting people to answer the phone (tried like 15 times over a day). Eventually got a hold of someone. They DO have night drop off.
