Showed up to pick up a reservation and was told they had nothing. They said come back tomorrow we'll have you ready by 10:30 and we'll call to let you know. Never got the call and showed up to nothing again, only option was upgrade and pay more or transfer to another location they said had cars. When I called them to pick up i was told again to wait 24 hrs.
Rented twice at this location in late Sept & early Oct. Counter service was friendly, efficient, & flexible. Size car I'd reserved for first rental wasn't available when I arrived so instead of making me wait they upgraded to a larger size at no charge. Shuttle service was very helpful, fast & friendly! Picked me up & dropped me off at dingy dock near where my sailboat was moored. Branch Mgr provided his card and asked to be personally contacted if I needed any assistance or anything with rental wasn't completely satisfactory.
My family members and I have had great experiences with both Enterprise Rent-a-car offices in Annapolis. I recently rented a 'compact' car from the West Street office utilizing the 'weekend special' which was an outstanding deal. Very short wait time with both my pick up and return, and I was also upgraded to a Toyota Camry was a huge treat. I will absolutely continue renting with Enterprise!
This was by far the best experience I have ever had renting a car. Cameron was able to pick me up, complete the reservation, and give me tips/info about something completely unrelated with the rental. He was very personable and professional. I highly recommended this enterprise location and even if you don't get Cameron, the staff was all friendly.
Great staff painless process to start and return. A million times better than Hertz that I used for an insurance claim at the beginning of the year and they tried to charge $300 for additional insurance. I will use Enterprise every time in the future
