The manager made me to wait 30 minutes because she didn't had people enough worker
This branch has recently changed their manager and the current manager, Randall Robinson, is professional, friendly, personable and quite willing to go out of his way to help. They have gone through a lot of changes (I go in there weekly and have for several years) and I highly recommend this branch. Their customer service is well worth 5 stars.

The slowest bank i have ever been in. People just don't know what they are doing
Went to open a savings account today, uncomfortable, non-personable introduction, the banker seemed uncomfortable in h** skin, did not seem very knowledge. The banker even watched me enter my pin. The banker asked me if I wanted to enroll in online banking there or at home, I said home. Now that I'm home I cannot sign up for online banking bacause I do not have my ATM/debit card yet. Was not aware of this. I called the bank to have them assist me, they said I had to be in the bank in order to do so. What? Why? Do they need my fingerprint or an eye scan? Customer service is about resolving customer issues. I did not feel comfortable handing them 7k in cash and know I'm having "buyers remorse" choosing this bank after that unprofessional phone call. A bank is supposed to make you feel comfortable and confident that they are handling and protecting your money. This bank completely failed to do so. What is happening to this world?!
