The most stressful place to work! Understaffed, underpaid and overworked!! This was one of the worst places I've ever worked in my life. No training provided, rude management and the list goes on and on. Not worth the headache! No stars for me!
My one week old car was damaged by them on August 8 2017 at the J.W. Marriott in Washington DC. BEWARE of them! DO NOT USE THEM! They are a contractor for Marriott. They provide promise after promise to get rid of you and to make you shut up. Marriott does not push them to action but rather leave you hanging to deal with their so-called claims department. SHAME ON MARRIOTT for being complicit. I will not cease until there is a just settlement. They really have know clue who they are dealing with. But I will always encourage them to do their job. Until then....wish them luck!
Shady company. I parked my car at the "metropolitan at the 9" hotel in Cleveland and this company was the valet service. They damaged my car (clearly from the exit gate closing on our car as they drove it through). We filed a claim immediately and just got an email saying they are denying the claim due to insufficient evidence. If you own a reputable business I would advice you to stay away from using this company because we will never park at the same hotel again.
