Went to this parking on a weekend. It is free and is covered! Good parking spot and just a few minutes walk to downtown. Different from the driving directions, you enter from St Johns St instead of Calvert St. Go straight and make a left turn to St John St to enter.
Free on Sundays but a long walk from the main tourist sites.
I haven't had any difficulties finding parking here.
No problem parking here on a busy spring weekend in Annapolis. Just a few blocks from the state house and downtown. Super convenient.
