The guy that comes has always done an excellent job on all the projects we've had him do. This time he swept the chimneys. We had been experiencing some smoke accumulation in the downstairs fireplace happening when we were actually using the fireplace upstairs--two different chimneys. I think the wood we were using was simply not good wood. However, it caused a persistent smoke smell downstairs. Lowe's came out and cleaned and now when we use the upstairs chimney the smell is not seeping downstairs. Another great job. Thanks Lowe's.

They took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do and executed the plan as explained. Very nice technician. He even took off his shoes before he entered our house.
