Do not get your clothes tailored here. Not only will they butcher your brand new clothes, but they will try to convince you that you are seeing things, even when someone else agrees with you. Awful customer service as well.
I have had several items altered here and I don't know why I returned. They said they "altered" a pair of pants and nothing was done to them. Their prices are high and quality is not good. I took a shirt to them to alter and same thing. They ruined it. The sides were not symmetrical. And they charged me $45 for a poor quality. My mother is a seamstress so I know good work and this is not good work.
They deliver to my apartment building.
They pick up and deliver so it takes longer.
I've had several pairs of pants hemmed and several dresses altered here. They do an excellent job! I'm sad that I moved away from Annapolis because I haven't been able to find a tailor as great as these ladies. Highly recommend.
I had a good experience with them as I only use organic cleaners.
