After purchasing a ring at our old home in PA and then losing 5 stones in 2.5 years of marriage, I was one frustrated wife. Nicholle and the crew at Zachary's came to the rescue, creating a custom new band that I am certain will stand the test of time. They were patient as I decided what I wanted, and quickly changed the small details I requested on the finished product to make it perfect. I am grateful for their willingness to work with me to create a new ring after the original jeweler let us down. When I ordered my USNA Class Ring, I wasn't satisfied with the vendor so I took the ring to Zachary's where they were willing to work with exactly what I wanted. They were very kind, communicative, and were able to set my own stone in the Class Ring. I've received comments on why the diamond cluster looks so good and it's because Zachary's handpicks the diamonds to go in it, as well as the other gemstones for the dividers. They have an amazing spread of various beautiful gemstones for the Class Ring, all priced reasonably for Midshipmen. Lastly, the speed and quality at which they set the stones in my ring was really quick. In the case of Class Rings, it's a smart idea to go local and utilize Zachary's Jewelers.
Great jeweler! My engagement ring was purchased elsewhere, but Zachary's repaired the band and replaced a stone in the ring regardless and for a very reasonable price. They also expedited the job to be done in time for my birthday!
