Great service. Great place. Just had an antique opal ring repaired. They did a beautiful job at a very reasonable price. I love to go here and browse. They sell beautiful pieces. Once you go here, you will not shop for jewelry any place else.
I brought in old gold jewelry to sell along with a necklace to be repaired. Excellent service and they gave me option to sell or trade. I fell in love with an estate ring and ended up trading. They sized it and did some work on my diamond ring as well. Nice owners and great service. Thank you!

I went to Adore a couple months ago for help with a couple pieces of jewelry. As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by everyone. Specifically Andre and Behrouz immediately assisted me and completely made me feel right at home. My watch was fixed right away and because it took no time he refused to take any money. He even cleaned it up for me as well, which I didn't even ask. They truly seemed just happy to help me. Although it took seconds to fix my watch, they still provided a service and were honest about how easy it was to fix, and therefore were adamant about not taking any money. I'm always looking for the best prices wherever I go, but customer service is just as important to me and they exceeded my expectations for both. Even though they didn't charge me, I feel more confident in trusting them in the future with any prices they give me considering they could of taken advantage of me but they didn't. It had a family feel to the store and they were so GENUINE and HONEST with me that I will never go anywhere else. Knowing I can TRUST them and receive the MOST EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE from them gives me reassurance in people and businesses that is unfortunately hard to find.
