They're prices aren't jacked up like Kays and Jareds. I wanted a ring that was so specific and MONICA JEWELERS helped me get that perfect ring! I WANT TO THANK THE STAFF, AND SUNNY ESPECIALLY. The ring in the store was not what I wanted, but Sunny was able to work with me to help me picture something that he would make, at a fantastic price. And when I saw it I was beyond happy!
When they first opened in the Mall they made my engagement ring. It didnt come out as i wanted it to, so he remade it (free) and kept fixing it until it was PERFECT! Just be careful everything is done well! My setting was off center a little bit, but they fixed it until i said it was just what i wanted. They have reasonable prices. Ask for Sunny- hes nice and a good designer!
After reading the most INACCURATE review above about poor customer service I need to write a TRUTHFUL review about this store. Monica Jewelers is the greatest and most down to earth jewelery store in Annapolis. They're staff is amazing, and if you need anything made for you they will work with you until you are fully satisfied.
Money hungry staffs, I lost my diamond certificate and asked the staff to just eye it to see what color and clarity, they want to charge me 85 dollars for appraisal. I went to Gorden's next door, they did it for me for free and even cleaned my ring for me. Poor customer service indeed!
This is the Best Jewelry Store that I have ever shopped at in my life they have everything that anyone could imagine and GUARANTEE the lowest Price i had my mind set, this is the only jewelry store I will ever be shopping at from now on.
