We went here on a whim because we happened to be in the area. We were lucky to get a last-minute reservation and had no problems getting a table right away when we arrived. Our server, Jack, was extremely friendly, charismatic, and knowledgeable. The food was great and we thought the four course meal was an amazing value for the price. My favorite part was the cheese fondue. We had the Wisconsin one and it was very delicious. We will definitely be coming back!
The Melting Pot has amazing service. The waiter/waitress is always very friendly, and often shares stories about working there. They are also fully knowledgeable about the menu items. The food is brought out in a timely manner. The atmosphere of the building is very calm, and in my opinion it is great fun to cook the food yourself.

Nice place, but reservations preferred. You have to cook your own food! Kinda odd, but okay. Overall pretty neat experience.
