How is there no protocol for Shellfish Allergy customers? Even something as simple as a big red star in the top left corner of the food ticket to indicate that no shell fish is to be placed on that particular customer's plate. As we were leaving the restaurant, the manager, Bill, just looked at us staring at him walking out, it was even awkward that he never even said, thanks for coming. I will NEVER BE BACK to this establishment.
The food was good. Nice variety. Not convenient for anyone disabled or can't climb stairs. I'd go back.
The breakfast buffet these guys put on is second to none. Get there early so you can enjoy it all fresh and hot. Bring your appetites! Check Groupon for discount deala too.
It's family friendly but it is up some stairs that are pretty tall. I had the buffet but in retrospect not sure if it was a good deal especially because we opted for desserts elsewhere. Staff was friendly and reasonably attentive. We had a good meal with friends and it wasn't too crowded since we went on a Monday.
Came here for their brunch buffet. A lot of breakfast/lunch/desserts variety but doesn't mean they are all good. Everything tasted okay/not bad.
French toast tasted heavy. Scrambled eggs was a bit on the solid side (like what you get at the holiday inn express) and not fluffy. Crab cakes were meaty but didn't taste that fresh. I would come back and give their brunch another try since the price was right! Fried fish and fried shrimp was tasteless and was over friend. Dessert cakes were dry and little hard like it has been sitting around for a few days. Although their maple sausage and maple ham was good.
Jacob took my order after we agreed on an order with only seafood and the assurance that shell fish would not be on my plate, which I have a SEVERE allergy to. The food runner served me shell fish. Jacob caught it JUST before I ingested shell fish served to me. Post dinner - no compensation for their mistake. Bill, the manager took off one meal from our ticket and refused to take a couple of minutes from his day to apologize to our table for a mistake that could have been fatal, had Jacob not caught it.
