Stopped in while on a bus tour and enjoyed a great meal. Although a group was large, they accommodated us easily with a limited menu. I chose the chicken marsala. Although the chicken was a little overcooked, the flavor was delicious and the mashed potatoes were perfect. The manager took our order and was very accommodating!
I've been here several times. Food & service were usually very good. Today I waited 20 minutes while watching 2wait staff come within 12 feet of my table without asking whether or not I'd been helped. It was as if I was invisible. I finally let the hostess know that no one had stopped to bring water or take my order. While this hasn't been my usual experience at Brio, I certainly hope this doesn't become a pattern.
Had a really nice time here and the food was very good. We arrived at just after 5pm and because the weather was nice they had the garage type doors open into the outside seating area. It was a nice place to sit and the happy hour was pretty good. We also had entrees and they were very good. We had the nicest waitress (wish I could remember her name, but she was working outside the night of Monday, September 11). She was so attentive yet did not rush us - and she had the sweetest personality. All around just a very nice evening. My only quibble is the noise from the traffic on rt. 2 if you sit outside...but it's not a huge deal. And if you sit inside the atmosphere and decor are lovely. It's on the pricier side but the food was solid - and there are some inexpensive happy hour appetizers that you could fill up on instead of dinner if you wanted.
We used a private room for our wedding brunch. All of the staff and managers were wonderful. They were really attentive and professional making our special day truly amazing. My wife and I would like to thank the Brio for making our guests and ourselves have a very memorable experience.
Decided to try Brio for the first time as a date night, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The food was excellent, service was friendly, and the manager made a point of bringing a complementary bottle of wine to our table to wish us the best time we could have. If I could give Brio six stars out of five, I absolutely would.
