Upon opening the box, the smell was intoxicatingly welcoming.
Ordering was a breeze, and saying the names of these little delights are pretty entertaining.
The donut experience here is very different than at a Dunkin. At Sandy pony you have a base donut and they put flavored glazes and toppings on each one. I tried nine different flavors and they were all delicious. The service was quick, extremely courteous and helpful. The donuts were to die for. I highly recommend.

I always make this a go to when visiting Annapolis. Delicious fresh donuts made to order and even better if you get a scoop of ice cream on one. One of my favorite places in Maryland.
I visited this local shop for the fist time last weekend and will most definitely be back for more! These are some of the best donuts I have had the pleasure of tasting. It was really neat to see the cooks make the donuts fresh, right in front of us! The gentleman who took our order was explaining the process and answering our questions. I found the customer service to be extraordinary. Everything is made to order so they are hot and tasty. The seasonal flavors were apple cider and pumpkin spice, both delicious! Can't wait to make another trip to Sandy Pony!
