Walked in to try and get some advice. There were two others in the place and four employees. I had a tiny baby with me at the time. I waited, the phone kept ringing, they kept answering it, I waited. People were running around addressing everyone BUT ME! Not one 'hello, I'll be right with you' NOTHING. It became a game to me. Let me see how long I can stand here before ANYONE acknowledges me. 25 minutes. Yup. And they never did, that's when I walked out. To be fair this was a year ago but I was so pissed I went right to my trust Home Depot and have never strayed since.
