Gene at Extra Space Storage on West Street in Annapolis has always went above and beyond to rectify any issues or problems. As a military family living overseas, Extra Space Storage provided peace mind knowing our belongings were safe. I would recommend this Extra Space Storage location to anyone that ask.
They are constantly raising their rates. Not to mention also having issues with mice, rats, and ants. Management and staff have shown no concern for any issues. Also becareful where your unit is, there is not enough drainage to protect your items from the rain and snow!
Been with them a few years. This location will raise your rate every six months or so until you're paying way WAY more than your original rate...and way more than the rate of new customers for the same size space. It's endemic to the industry but Extra Space has to be the worst. They rely on the fact that moving out is a pain and probably expensive. My unit is in a climate controlled building...that smells of mildew. Not confidence inspiring. The folks who run it are nice enough, and the place is clean and well kept, I will give it that.
