Fine older cinema. Good projection and sound - chairs could be a bit more comfortable.
Two girls sitting behind the counter, and only one working. The one working did not speak English very well at all. purchased ticket at automated machine downstairs, but would not print out ticket; but did print the receipt. The stupid girl just could not get her act together to understand a simple statement that "the printer failed to print the ticket". She kept telling us she is BOXOFFICE.
We arrived having crossed the Chesapeake Bay Bridge to see Darkest Hour to find almost no seats left. Just as I was about to pay for the last 2 seats together the tickets were snapped up by another agent exchanging them for someone else. In the end, they allowed us to go in but the seats were in the front row. We had never heard that you are now apparently supposed to buy your tickets ahead of time and RESERVE specific seats! When did this happen? So you can no longer just be in town and decide on the spur of the moment to go to the movies. Oh, this was on Christmas day.

Sweet new recliner seats. Very spacious. Felt like home. I was strictly Annapolis mall til they put in the recliners. Ill be looking to go here from now on. 15$ per ticket reserve your seat online early to get the best seat.
