Mr. Gladstone is not your attorney if you value clear information, making things as simple as possible, getting accurate legal guidance and feeling reassured and comfortable that your legal matters are being well taken care. Lacks anything resembling good customer service that a client needs when dealing with potentially stressful minor or major family or business related legal issues.

Great attorney. To the point with information and excellent availability(attorneys have more than one client by the way). Superb in the courtroom because of his verbal communication skills. It is important for an attorney to convey the situation/arguments as precisely as possible, and he does it. While we all like to leave it "all" to our attorney, this just cannot be the case. As a client you'll have to do some work too, so be prepared to work with him. He is representing you, and his preparation is only as good as yours.
