Great neighborhood hardware store. It is no where near as big as a Home Depot but it has 99% of what I've needed for numerous projects and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Great local small business. Very Customer focus and I am always able to find what u need. Really good value compared to the bug box stores and very knowledgeable staff to help with solution ideas.

I'm so irritated and pissed off with the employees three of them to be exact.. I went in yesterday for solar eclipse glasses and was told the shipment was coming in today Saturday the 19th, I told the woman I'd be in first thing when the three of them said well the shipment won't come in until 9am, thinking they would obviously tell the truth I listened to the employees.. needless to say they lied the shipment was in first thing and I missed out on my solar eclipse glasses because I listened too three employees who obviously either don't know the stores shipment times or flat out lied!
Great customer service and a big selection. We were greeted immediately and one of the staff noticed we had a welcome to the neighborhood coupon so were given a tour and shown where everything is. The line was long but moved very fast, the employee at the counter was a very nice guy. Hard to find places like this anymore.
