As a crossfitter for 9 years, I have had the opportunity to visit many different boxes and gyms, in many different locations across the US. Fairwinds Crossfit is the very best I have attended. Top notch coaches who are constantly up to date on the latest methods, skill training, technique accessory exercises, and needs of their clients BUT have not forgotten the importance of the fundamentals of fitness and having fun. Programming that makes sense and expertly combines strength, skill, and conditioning for all skill levels - I am so impressed with their ability to scale the programming across a broad range of athletes that ensures everyone achieves their best workout. And I can't say enough good things about the people who go there and work there.
