During the Presidents Day sale, we bought a GE washer and dryer at an INCREDIBLE deal. The staff was excellent, especially the gentleman Alex who helped us out. He was very thorough when responding to our questions. One of our biggest concerns was energy efficiency. At first my significant other and I were having difficulty finding both what we liked as well as both the washer and dryer being energy efficient. Alex guided us in the right path, as we found a matching Energystar washer and dryer that we all agreed was perfect!

We bought a replacement GE microwave at Bray &Scarff. Tom Mamas was very helpful setting up the sale and arranging prompt installation. A few months later the controls were lock, and after a visit to Tom Mamas again, we were set on the right track. Thank you, Tom, for your help. This is a good store to work with.
I had an experience different from many. On July 9th I purchased a washer and dryer (my washer had broken) from Mike for delivery on July 21. On the afternoon of July 20th, I was contacted and told that the washer was not in and would not be delivered until July 28 (with no guarantee). My issue is that there appears to have been no effort to track the shipment and keep the customer in mind, this is unacceptable. That evening, I ordered the same machines from another company, on-line, and had delivery on 25 July. To add to the lack of customer service, I was told that I could not cancel the order without coming into the store with my card. Needless to say, I will never visit a Bray and Scarff again.

Absolutely horrible. Spent $6000 on new appliances. Was told by the salesman that the microwave we bought would work as an in the cabinet piece. Well, apparently it won't work. And after calling this store we were told to pound sand. "If it's new in the box you can try and sell it online". REALLY?!?! That's what $6000 gets you?!?!
I HIGHLY Recommend if you want a quality product, quality service and reasonable pricing!
The delivery and installation team was excellent too! They were on time, efficient, knowledgeable and out of here in no time. Unfortunately, I didn't catch their names.

Greg assisted me with switching out all of my kitchen appliances that turned out to be awesome. They looked so beautiful in my kitchen! Then he helped me find the perfect washer and dryer sight unseen for my new house because I trusted his judgement. I love them, they were the best fit for my space and for the performance. The customer service is outstanding and the delivery staff are excellent in what they do. I will always buy appliances from Bray and Scarff of Annapolis. I have recommended the store to my friends and family. I would tell anyone needing appliances to call Bray and Scarff of Annapolis.
