Go somewhere else -- there are plenty of good (and honest) florists in the Annapolis area.

I called them and complained, asking if they would send me a replacement heart pendant. They said no problem, if they can find one. The woman I spoke with said she would look in the back, and look inside of her house. Supposedly, they don't have anymore of these because it was a valentines day thing. So why isn't their website updated to reflect the current products they sell?
The heart pendant necklace was the only reason I ordered this. Instead of providing me with the heart pendant necklace, they took some tacky 'love' metal pendant trash and wrapped around the vase with a metal wire. The metal wire wrapping was terribly sloppy. Some of the flowers looked questionable as well.
I would highly suggest looking for another florist. I was rather disappointed to learn from my husband that he ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day and I never received them. He called the receptionist at my office late in the evening to find out that they had not been delivered to the office. He contacted the company the next day and they told him that the driver said the office was closed, which was not true. They also told him that they tried to deliver them yesterday, but the driver said I was not at work. I wish I was not at work!! Again, not true. The best they could offer him was to TRY, not we will, deliver them today. You would think if they were delivering the flowers two days after Valentine's Day they would have offered him a refund and still sent the flowers to try to make right on the situation. Disappointing!
I wouldn't order from Colonial Florist again.. Nor would I recommend them to anybody. I'm disappointed.

I ordered the "Teleflora's Charm". I'm a little disappointed that they didn't provide me with the red heart charm I ordered with the vase. Also, they didn't give me the right vase. They gave me a much cheaper looking glass vase.
I tried repeatedly to order via phone, using their website as a reference. In one case they did not even have something that was advertised. In two cases they said they could not honor the advertised price -- they were quoting me 25% more than the advertised price.
So this thing is called called Teleflora's charm for a reason, right?
The place is very professional. Annapolitans like me use Colonial Florist.
Mom said the flowers i ordered were beautiful! Reasonably priced for delivery around Mother's Day.
