I arrived at 13:20 and was immediately taken into the exam room and Lauren the Tech ckd my realities and request my Angel of Denistry Holly Green. She Listened, Learned and ACTED Immediately to expedite both my Pain and Anxiety. The involved procedure was cmplt within 60 minutes. My tooth restored my pain and Anxiety under control.
IO am a designated Sr. Secret Shopper, but today 17nov15-TUE: I was a designated client at Blue Heron Dental ! I chipped a huge hunk of tooth out of my mouth, in addition to a very high degree of Pain and Anixety I called Blue Heron Dental at 12:55/17nov15-TUE, I begged like a whipped dog for an expedited seating in the dental chair. To my pure delight I was advised to come NOW for a 13:40 apptmnt.
Wonderful staff!! Made a trip to the dentist a lot less scary!
First couple of visits were fine. After that , wasn't very happy with the service. Uncomfortable with the dentist Holly Green. She accidentally poked with the sharp tool on the corner of my mouth and it hurt me to the point I yalped! And she said to me (oh that didn't hurt). I felt like saying to her ( why don't I poke you with the tool and see how you would feel. I couldn't believe her behavior. I let her know that I was dissatisfied. After that appointment I received a letter from her office that she no longer going to be able to see me. The excuse was they were no longer caring my insurance. I would not recommend this dentist office.
Truly a greay outcome, Ms.Green's PEOPLE and Patients always come 1st, PTL & Buddha two !
