I was fine with them before, but they've completely lost me as a client and I would never recommend them now.
I used them last year for my taxes, but this year I filed by myself. Around the end of April, I received an invoice for $41 saying they had filed tax extensions on my behalf. I had NOT authorized them to do any filing for this year. A DEPLORABLE business practice to assume to do services without a client's authorization, and to file tax paperwork no less.
